General delivery conditions
The 45 Flathead Service webshop operates her services exclusively in accordance with these conditions, unless agreed differently on paper.
A purchase agreement derives from your order in our webshop. We will send you a conformation of your order by e-mail. If you wish to order via our website, you need to be at least 18 years old. If this is not the case, we need a written approval of one of your parents or legal guardian.
The customer is completely responsible for the correctness of the date mentioned in the order.
If one or more articles are not in stock and not available in 4 workdays, we will inform you. To prevend a delay in the delivery it can be agreed to cancel or to place a hold on the article(s) concerned. If possible, we will provide you with an indication about when the article(s) will become available.
For the supply we are partly depending on manifacturers and suppliers abroad, for that reason we can not always control our supply.
Cancelling your order is only possible within 24 hours after receiving the conformation of the order.
The mentioned prices are in Euros, including 19% salestax, but excluding shipping costs. Deliveries to tax-obliged entrepeneurs within the Europeon Union and customers outside the European Union are exempt of salestax. All prices are under reserve of changes in prices. Changes in prices have no influence on orders already placed.
Placed orders need to be payed in advance; unless agreed differently in advance.

Shipping outside The Netherlands
Orders are shipped via TNT Post, after having received complete payment. If we have received your payment before 14.00, the order will be shipped the same working day. If some of the parts in the order are not in stock there will be a delay of 4 workdays before shipping. After shipping, the buyer receives an e-mail with the "Track and Trace" number of the shipment (if applyable) and information about the by TNT Post provided information about the average duration for arrival. The "Track and Trace" number in combination with the zip code of the addressed, gives you the opportunity to follow your shipment via www.tracktrace.nl. The shippingcosts are based on current rates of TNT post and charged with 19% salestax; with the exception of entrepeneurs within the European Union and customers outside of the European Union. The moment of legal delivery is the moment that the seller offers the order for shipping at TNT post.
In case you receive a damaged or wrong article, you need to inform us as soon as possible and at least within 7 working days after delivery. If proven the product are not confrom to the order, 45 Flathead Service has the choice to either replace the returned articles by new products or restitute the value. There is no guarantee on used items. Small deviations in fitting and measurements might occur. This is inherent to the type of product (used, original and reproduction articles for veteran motor cycles) we supply. In reproduced articles the material may differ with the material of the original. In consult with the suppliers we try to make these differences as little as possible.
(Legal regulation for buying from a distance)
If you wish to not buy the article, for whatever reason, you have the legal right to return the article within 7 working days after delivery. Returned articles are only accepted undamaged and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for the returning of the articles are for the account of the buyer. If you decide to return an article, you need to inform us in advance by e-mail. Restitution of the complete purchase money will follow after receiving and checking the return shipping.
